Godwin Facility Services provides streak-free exterior window and glass facade cleaning for storefronts, offices, and multi-story commercial buildings. For high-rise and hard-to-reach glass, we use drone-mounted window cleaning systems instead of scaffolding or lifts. We serve Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, and the Southeast, with free quotes on every job.
Glass that reflects well on your business
Dirty windows are one of the fastest ways a building looks neglected. We clean glass, frames, and sills so the whole facade reads clean — not just the panes.
- Storefront & ground-level glass
- Multi-story & high-rise facades (drone-capable)
- Window frames & sills
- Glass railings & entry doors
- No scaffolding, swing stages, or rope access needed
Two ways we reach the glass
Ground crews for street-level glass
Storefronts, entry doors and low-rise windows are cleaned by hand from the ground, with frames and sills finished in the same pass.
Cleaning drones for upper stories
Above the reach of a ground crew, a cleaning drone washes the glass from the air. The pilot stays on the ground and nobody goes up the building.
One visit for the whole facade
Both methods come from the same crew, so the upper floors and the storefront are cleaned on one schedule, with one quote and one point of contact.
Scheduled around your building
We plan the work around tenants, opening hours and events. On a 16-story resort tower we kept every flight inside a weekday window so weekend guests were never affected.
See the difference for yourself
Drone window cleaning vs. swing stages and rope access
Traditional Access
- Swing stages, rope descent or boom lifts
- Technicians working at height
- Setup and takedown time on every drop
- Entrances or sidewalks often closed below
- Limited by the shape of the building
Drone Window Cleaning
- No swing stage, ropes or lift rental
- Pilot and crew stay on the ground
- Repositions in minutes between sections
- The building can typically stay open
- Reaches curved and oddly shaped facades

Window cleaning questions
Do you clean high-rise windows?
Yes. For upper-story and high-rise glass, we use drone-mounted window cleaning systems to reach height safely without scaffolding, swing stages, or rope access.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Most commercial properties schedule exterior window cleaning quarterly to keep glass, frames, and storefronts looking sharp, though buildings near construction, coastal air, or heavy traffic may benefit from more frequent service.
Do you clean window frames and sills too?
Yes, our exterior window cleaning includes glass, frames, and sills so the entire storefront or facade looks consistent, not just the panes.
Can a drone really clean windows?
Yes. A cleaning drone carries a spray system fed by a hose from the ground, so it can wash upper-story glass and facades that would otherwise need a swing stage, rope access or a lift. A trained pilot controls it from the ground the whole time.
Does my building have to close during window cleaning?
Usually not. Ground crews and drones work in sections and reposition quickly, so entrances and tenants are rarely affected. We plan the schedule around your opening hours.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Mississippi, serve 12 states across the Southeast, and travel nationwide by request for larger commercial and industrial projects.
